Getting started

Setting up your account with GPS Police is easy because we do most of the initial setup. If you are a new customer and made your first purchase, a few things will happen before you even receive your order.

  1. Pay for your order online (you do this)
  2. A few hours after your purchase you'll receive an email with a tracking number for the shipment
  3. Within 24 hours of your purchase you'll receive an email with your credentials to HQ
  4. Within 48 hours of your purchase you'll receive a series of emails with HQ related tutorials and tips
  5. Within 72 hours of your purchase you'll receive your order!

HQ See where your vehicles are in real-time, where the were, and how they were driven–all in HQ.


HQ mini See where your vehicles are in real-time on a easy-to-use iPhone and Android app.


API For advanced users, our web services API is organized around REST. Our API is designed to have predictable, resource-oriented URLs and to use HTTP response codes to indicate API errors. JSON will be returned in all responses from the API, including errors. If you need help using our API, please have your developer email us at support@gpspolice.com

If you experience any problems using our HQ or our services, please submit a ticket to our support desk . While our telephone support line is only open from 9:30am to 4:00pm, our gpspolice | support is open 24/7/365 and tickets, depending on urgency, are answered immediately.
